CUTWORK is an experimental image engine that runs in your browser, together with CUTWORK MAG, a community magazine assembled from work published through the studio. The service is operated by Mourya Dandu ("we", "us"). By using cutwork.design you agree to these terms.
You keep all rights to images you create or import. We claim no ownership of your artwork. Cloud saves are private to your account. When you publish a piece to CUTWORK MAG you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on the mag, in issues, and in previews of the service; you can retract a published piece at any time from your account, which ends that licence for future display.
If you publish with "allow remixing" enabled, you additionally permit other CUTWORK users to open your project file in their studio and create derivative works within CUTWORK. Remixes automatically credit the original. Don't enable remixing on work you don't have the right to share this way.
Only upload or publish material you have the right to use. No unlawful content, no content that sexualises minors, no harassment, no spam or deceptive impersonation. We may hide or remove published content and suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion. The magazine is curated; publication on the wall does not guarantee inclusion in an issue.
Sign-in uses Google or an email link via our backend provider (Supabase). The free plan currently includes up to 20 cloud-saved artworks, each stored at reduced resolution (up to 1280 px) with a per-project size limit of about 6 MB, plus up to 50 saved assets and up to 6 magazine publishes per day. The PLUS plan raises this to 200 artworks at full resolution with a per-project limit of about 25 MB. Exact limits are enforced by the service and may be adjusted as usage patterns become clear; if a limit is lowered, work you have already saved stays saved and readable · a lowered limit only affects new saves. Plan details and prices are shown at purchase. Storage is provided for creative work in the studio, not as a general file host; we may remove content that plainly is not CUTWORK work. You may export or delete your cloud data at any time from Settings.
CUTWORK is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is an experimental tool: keep local backups of work you care about (Save → local file). To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost content, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions or takedown requests: mourya@i-studio.in.
